Identified -
We’re currently investigating an issue affecting reward redemptions in Shopify POS. Some brands are seeing customer points balances display correctly, but available rewards or vouchers are not loading in the Marsello POS tile, preventing in-store redemption.
Our team is actively investigating the cause and working to restore normal functionality as quickly as possible.
