We’re pleased to inform you that the issue affecting Lightspeed X-Series users, where the "Check Rewards" button was not appearing in the Chrome extension, has been resolved. The fix has been reviewed and approved, and the updated Vend Chrome Extension (version 2.3.9) is now available.
Chrome should automatically update the extension, but if you do not see the update, please manually update it to the latest version to restore full functionality.
