Update - We’ve confirmed that affected accounts are active and in good billing standing, and this is a system bug incorrectly blocking actions such as editing emails and updating forms.

Identified - Brands are seeing the error message “Subscription has been deactivated, please contact support” when attempting to edit email campaigns or templates in Marsello. Any updates will be shared when available.

Identified - We’re currently experiencing an issue with our customer messaging system (Intercom), which is preventing messages from sending/ received, and unable to see the queue.

Our team has communicated with Intercom to let them know of the issue.. We’ll provide another update as soon as we have more information.
