Intercom is currently back online, and we’re seeing support messages and tickets come through as expected.
Given that the service briefly recovered and then became unavailable earlier, we’re keeping the system under close monitoring for a short period before confirming full resolution.

We’re currently experiencing an outage with Intercom, which is our primary platform for customer support tickets and direct communication.
The system will occasionally work for a few minutes, but then proceeds to not be communicative.
As a result, our support team is temporarily unable to receive, respond to, or action new support requests through Intercom.
